Christmas Orders

We know how important traditions are in a Scandinavian household.  Getting those precious items, that your grandparents used to make or you had at a family gathering is particularly important.

As this is our busiest season and is sometimes very overwhelming, we ask for patience and understanding as each year we do our best to create a system that will streamline the ordering.   As such we have created a special email just for placing your orders. lefsehouseorders@gmail.com

Lefse and Flatbread both have a 6 month best before date.  As such, it is unnecessary to wait until December to order your lefse.  Please consider, ordering sooner to alleviate some of our daily orders.

     Orders placed after November 30th MAY or MAY NOT get filled.                                        Please get your orders in soon!!!

Please remember, our products are made by hand, by real people.  These products require time to be made properly and with as much care as we can give them.  

When placing your order, please include:

• The items you want, 
• The quantity you want for each item 

                      ie: 1 pkg lefse, 3 pkg gingersnaps

• The date you would like to receive the items by
• your full name and address for courier service 
• Along with a phone number.  Couriers require a phone number.
• Your email address where we send the invoice.

We will get your package together, price out shipping and send you an invoice.  Once your invoice is paid, we will get your package ready to ship.

***It is important to note***

We only ship lefse Monday to Wednesday to ensure it doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.  

You are free to phone in your order, however, as we get closer to Christmas, we stop answering the phone during the lunch hour and all the information above is still required.  We do not have a standard shipping, so the process is still the same.  

We love seeing our customers during the Christmas season as many of you, this is the only time you visit.  We appreciate you picking up your lefse in person HOWEVER....we strongly suggest you email in your order with a date and time you will be arriving for pick up.

However, once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or the condition of items in transit. Shipping times, delays, and handling are outside of our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that responsibility for your package transfers to the carrier upon pickup. Tracking information will be provided for your convenience.
